1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered, including its original box, wrapping, protective covering, and any included accessories.

• The product must not have been used or opened.
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
• All included parts and accessories must be returned.
• The item must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

2. Return Inspection

Once the returned item reaches us, our team will inspect its condition, packaging, and included contents before approving a refund.

If the item has been opened, used, damaged, or returned without its original packaging, the return may not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected by our team.

2. Pack the item in its original, unopened packaging.
3. Send it back according to the return instructions provided.
4. We receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Once the return is approved, the eligible product payment will be refunded through an agreed payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial service provider.

4. Shipping Charges

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable for eligible change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover those costs.

If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us. Such cases will be reviewed separately in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

5. Customized and Personalized Products

Customized products are prepared according to customer specifications, designs, names, logos, or other approved requirements. Returns for a change of mind may not be accepted for personalized items, particularly after production has started.

This restriction does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law if a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from the agreed specifications.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order details and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.

We will review the issue and communicate the available resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
