3. Packaging for Fragile Items

Fragile products, including mugs, bottles, and other breakable or delicate customized items, are covered and protected with suitable packaging materials intended to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their shipment upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our team promptly and provide photographs of the product and packaging so the issue can be assessed.

4. Bulk Orders & Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for bulk orders are calculated separately after reviewing the order details. The final delivery cost may depend on the total quantity, weight, dimensions, packaging requirements, and delivery location.

5. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name, contact number, city, and any necessary address details.

Incorrect or incomplete address information, an unavailable recipient, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may cause delays or additional charges, depending on the courier’s applicable policies.
