MAKKAH PRINTING PRESS

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Makkah Printing Press. These Terms & Conditions explain the general terms governing your use of our website, customized printing services, and related products. Please read them carefully before submitting an inquiry or placing an order.

Last Updated: October 19, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of the Makkah Printing Press website and the printing, personalization, and customization services we offer.

By using our website or proceeding with an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that use or order. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue the relevant use of our website or services.

Additional terms may apply to specific quotations, orders, or services. Where applicable, those terms will be provided during the order process.

2. About Our Business

Makkah Printing Press provides customized printing and personalized product solutions for individuals, businesses, schools, organizations, and other customers.

Our product categories may include:

  • Customized T-shirts and polo shirts
  • Customized bottles and mugs
  • Caps and personalized keychains
  • Corporate gifts and promotional merchandise
  • Name badges and school items
  • Other products and printing services offered from time to time

Product availability, customization options, materials, specifications, and prices may vary depending on the particular product and order requirements.

3. Product Information and Customization

We aim to provide clear and accurate descriptions of our products and services. However, the final result of a customized product may vary slightly from digital previews because of differences in screens, materials, printing techniques, product batches, and production processes.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking the spelling of names, text, dates, contact details, artwork, colors, sizes, quantities, and other specifications supplied for an order.

Production will follow the design and specifications agreed upon during order confirmation. Any requested changes after approval may affect the price, production schedule, or delivery estimate.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not automatically constitute an accepted order. Orders become confirmed when the relevant product specifications, pricing, payment arrangements, and other applicable requirements have been agreed upon by both parties.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where product availability is limited, required information is missing, payment cannot be verified, or the requested design violates applicable law or third-party rights.

If we cannot proceed with a confirmed order, we will communicate the relevant issue and handle any payment already received in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are communicated through our website, quotation, or direct communication, as applicable. The final price may depend on product type, quantity, material, printing method, design complexity, packaging, and delivery requirements.

  • Any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or additional fees will be communicated where relevant.
  • Advance payments or deposits may be required before customized production begins.
  • Production may be delayed if an agreed payment remains outstanding.
  • Any changes to the agreed order specifications may result in a revised quotation.

Customers should confirm the total order cost and applicable payment arrangements before authorizing production.

6. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of order confirmation. Actual timelines may vary according to order quantity, customization complexity, material availability, courier operations, public holidays, and other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed schedule and communicate material delays when we become aware of them. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone can receive the shipment where necessary. Incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or other delivery issues may cause delays or additional charges.

Any delivery commitments, shipping conditions, and applicable consumer rights will remain subject to the specific order agreement and applicable law.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Customized products are often made specifically according to a customer’s approved requirements. For this reason, cancellation, return, and refund eligibility may depend on whether production has started, whether the product has been personalized, and the reason for the request.

  • Before production: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order cancellation. Approval may depend on the order status and any costs already incurred.
  • After production begins: Cancellation may not be possible, or costs already incurred may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and the agreed order terms.
  • Incorrect or defective products: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed specifications, contact us with the order details and supporting photographs so we can assess the issue.
  • Refund decisions: Approved refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms and legal requirements.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Customer-Provided Designs and Intellectual Property

Customers who provide logos, photographs, artwork, text, trademarks, or other materials for printing confirm that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful authority to use and reproduce those materials for the requested purpose.

Customers must not request products that unlawfully reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks, protected designs, or other third-party intellectual property.

We may decline work where there are reasonable concerns about legality, ownership, authorization, or misuse of third-party rights.

Customer-supplied materials remain subject to the applicable ownership rights. Any rights in original designs, artwork, or materials created by Makkah Printing Press will be governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized orders.
  • Upload or request unlawful, infringing, or harmful content for production.
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
  • Interfere with the website’s operation or misuse our communication channels.

We may take reasonable steps to address misuse or protect our business, customers, and systems, subject to applicable law.

10. Website Content and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and availability of our website. However, information may occasionally contain errors, become outdated, or be temporarily unavailable.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or features as needed. Such changes do not override obligations already agreed upon for a confirmed order, except where permitted by the applicable agreement or law.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website or communications may refer to third-party services, including courier companies, payment providers, social networks, or external websites.

Third-party services are generally governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the independent operation of external services, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Makkah Printing Press will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party service interruptions, courier delays, inaccurate information supplied by customers, or unauthorized use of customer-provided materials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any applicable rights relating to defective products, consumer protection, fraud, or other non-excludable obligations.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

Any personal information collected through our website, order process, or communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information may be collected, used, retained, and shared.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website, business practices, or applicable law.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Unless otherwise required by law, changes will apply prospectively and will not automatically alter the terms of an existing confirmed order.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws applicable in Pakistan, to the extent relevant and permitted by law.

If a dispute arises, we encourage customers to contact us first so that both parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies available through competent courts or authorities under applicable law.
